"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "After having these guys wash the outside of the office building where I work, I gave them a shot at my house. They washed the outside of my house and were able to remove about 4 years worth of algae and the house looks great again. Our deck was heavily neglected for about 7 years and they washed it, replaced some wood and made sure all of the nails and screws were tight. What a difference just washing it made. On the second day, they came back and sealed it after I had picked out a color. I had doubts as to how good it could look again because of being neglected for so long. When I got home from work, I was surprised to see the guys just finishing up and could not believe how well the deck turned out. Its not new, but I never thought it would look as good as it does. The services included: drywall repair, scraping off a popcorn ceiling, resurfacing the ceiling, painting, installation of flooring, installation of baseboards, and carpentry. Paul, the owner, listened to my requests from the very beginning and ensured that my expectations for the space were met. His workers Kevin and Mark were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were in my home for two weeks and were efficient in getting the work completed in a timely manner. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and did not have any concerns for the safety of myself or my kids. The office staff (Penny) was always friendly and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns. Overall, the basement looks 100% better and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.  I would definitely recommend Handyman Matters for any type of home remodeling needs.
