"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"Yes! You can believe what their commercials say "a new walk-in shower installed in just one day". Honestly, they did not pay us to say it either. We took the leap and decided to take out an old whirlpool garden tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. We did our research and West Shore Homes in Lexington was the best value and product for the money. They stand behind the workmanship and quality of their products. Payments options were many and easy. Sure we could have DIY but with an older home who knows what you would find and who needs the headache of unreliable sub-contractors and a botched job. Our installation team (Brad, Sam and Jacob) were on time, efficient, courteous and professional every step of the remodel process. They even cleaned up before they left! West Shore Homes in Lexington knows their stuff! We are so happy with with our new walk-in shower."

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"They were very professional in visiting and providing a free bid.  Their bid was the lowest of 3 we got.  We got to view the granite slabs before they were cut, and confirm they were acceptable to us.  They provided a responsive installation date and were at the house on time.  They finished the installation as promised in less than a day.  They included a lifetime sealer application.  They were able to avoid 1 joint by carefully fitting the full size piece into a very tight location.  They protected our tile floors and kept the place clean.  The results look great and we are very happy.  The owner, Nathan, was involved in all phases and was part of the installation team.
