"We've used them for years and have always had fabulous service in the past.  This time when we called them out the first guy that came out told it was a very expensive part that went out and we needed to purchase a whole new system.  I told him we need to rethink that because we just bought the system from them within the past year. Then he came back and said well maybe it's this, this and this.  So he ended up replacing the fan.  It went out the next day.  So they sent another guy out.  Turned out it wasn't the fan either.  It was from where our mowers had blown grass into the outside unit and all the coils needed to be cleaned.  So we paid $600 for a fan we very well may not have needed.  Then we have to pay an additional $400 for the coils to be cleaned. We actually had to pay two service call fees.  We shouldn't have had to pay those, but we did. I would possibly use them again. If the other company we use isn't available."
