That determination was ?lost? internally and never communicated to us or to American Home Shield. Despite calling weekly for updates, we were repeatedly told that parts were on order when, in reality, they were not. On top of that, getting anyone on the phone was nearly impossible. Calls routinely went unanswered, and Karen and Jennifer consistently failed to return messages. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company as dealing with them was truly horrific."
