"Our toilet in the master bedroom had been broken for 3 weeks. We have hired local Lowes to install but they were so bad and unresponsive. First a technician came with wrong model then another with wrong part, eventually just stopped responding completely. At the last minute, we also found out the toilet flange needed to be replaced. Again, Angi’s to the rescue and we found Augerpros. They responded fast and did the job very professionally. In 2 days since we started searching , our toilet was repaired annd new one installed. Cost was also reasonable compared to Lowes who had no customer service. Highly recommend."

"Paul Halleck did a great job of replacing my hot water heater upstairs in a closet. The installation looked much better than the one he replaced. The fast response from blueFrog plumbing was appreciated and great to have hot water again."

"Michael Jason was great!!! I was out of town when my neighbor called me that there was water leaking on her ceiling from my upstairs bathroom. I have to rush home and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an emergency service and sent Michael late last night and he assessed and repaired the problem immediately. I called a lot of these 24hr Plumbing Co, I always get a promise the next available technician will come in the morning until I found Benjamin Franklin, who sends Mr. Jason and worked on it until after 1AM. So if you have a plumbing emergency that canâ t wait, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the place to call"

"Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. I highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They are at the top of our list for any future needs."

"My experience with Doss Plumbing was great. Ricki was super professional and friendly. Replaced my water heater very quickly. I thought it was going to be a long process but Ricki was done in about 2 hours."

"Jimmy came out, checked things out, gave me an estimate. William & Chris came out & did the repairs. Would call them again. The guys were very polite & hard workers"

"My first experience with this plumber. He showed up on time, he was very professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. He replaced an outside water faucet that included a six inch line which connected to the water line inside the wall. He charged me exactly what he quoted when I made the appointment. My experience with THOROUGH PLUMBING was excellent and in the future, they will be my go to plumber."
