"We had an issue with water seepage behind the tiles and decided to replace our Bathtub with a stand in shower . we then called in Five Star Bath Solutions for a quote. We were familiar with the process having worked with other vendors in the past for similar services. We were pleasantly surprised since the Bath Solutions team was very attentive to details , knew their stuff and cut to the chase quickly. We liked this a lot because they were very professional and clearly communicated timelines and were very accommodative with our needs. Rakesh then came in , walked us through in very fine detail and gave us the confidence that they have been there , seen it and done that which was critical. Then they were able to get us started earlier and we had the entire install done in one day and we were able to use the shower. They also gave us time to use it so that we knew that the quality was outstanding and any minor issues were addressed right away. All along a very great experience with Bath Solutions and would refer them to anyone else needing their services."

"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. "Their guys are  true professionals. They always showed up on time, were tidy, professional and courteous. All work was done to my satisfaction. <br /> On this last occasion we had an toilet that was wobbly. We picked out our toilet, plus a sink with vanity, a wall mirror, new light fixtures, and G.H's guys picked them up and brought them to our condo. They unpacked everything outside and after removing our old stuff, they brought in everything piece by piece. <br /> They tidies up the area around the toilet, set new bolts, and applied a new seal. They then set the toilet, applied a nice bead of calk. This was something my husband noticed. They then attached the water and it was done in about 10 minutes. The cabinet with the new fixtures was installed. It took a little longer but it went in smoothly. It was obvious the workers knew what they were doing. You know when someone has done something before by how they move and install. <br /> The wall mounted light fixtures went in smoothly. The suggested we add a piece of trim to cover the holes left by the old fixture. Not only did it look great but it saved us money by not having to repair the hole. Just a small accent piece that cost $3, saved us about $50. It adds up. <br /> They also replaced our front door knob and installed a new dead bolt. Again it was done smoothly and cleanly. Since I am on cleanliness, G.H. is one of the cleanest companies I have ever used. They clean as they go and remove everything and clean up. All I had to do was supply a vacuum and a broom. <br /> This is not the first time we used G.H. Complete Construction and it won't be the last.  Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. <br />"

"We had to have some flooring replaced after having water damage by our back door. We did not have any more of the flooring and Alan walked us through the process including places to go to try and match flooring best. I was unable to be at the house, but had a family member there while the work was completed. Alan texted me with updates and pictures during the install process. It looks great! "I emailed Dr. Loviolette yesterday explaining the problem with the light and/or light switch in the bedroom closet.  I asked if he worked later in the day or on a Saturday.  Within a couple of hours he called me to find out if I'd be home that evening.  Later that night he called to see if he could come by to look at the problem.  Dr. Loviolette came in and tested the wires in the light switch that confirmed the issue, he replaced the light switch and he was gone. <br /> I really appreciate that he was responsive to my time request and would definitely call him again. <br />"
