"I first discussed this job with Patrick in October 2018 as they were out to remedy an issue with my old catch basin and I wanted to budget for the basin. I got an estimate and called in February 2019 to schedule to get the work done. Patrick was responsive to the request to schedule the work. They got all the materials upfront and I paid half at the start and the balance after the completion. It took two days to complete the job. They also added new main drain line from the basin to the house. They camera inspected the line before leaving. I also got a 10 year warranty that is transferable if I sell the home. "People's Gas, on a routine check of the lines, found two leaks on our main gas line into our condo building. People's Gas put us through the ringer (wish we could Angie's List them because they would get an F-) Tried a different provider to fix the leaks and they never called back. Called Charlie and it went AWESOME! I told him the situation...we even had to reschedule twice because People's Gas couldn't do what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it...Charlie flexed every time and worked around the delays. On top of that he is a great guy and easy to talk to. Followed up with phone calls every time I called. Even followed up the day after the work was done to make sure everything was good. Work was excellent...service excellent!!
