"This was my first experience with J&S Plumbing, and I was very pleased. The outside discharge pipe from my basement sump pump had developed a leak and was flooding my yard. Despite the fact that the ground was saturated, they were able to dig down, find the leak, repair it, and then did a great job putting back all the mud and grass so that it is level. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber."

I was able to initially text, share photos of the problem areas, and talk live directly with the plumber before he even came out, which enabled a more accurate diagnosis and detailed estimate of both time and expense involved. Jan was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very respectful of our personal space and circumstances (I care for my senior mom, who has advanced dementia). "Scott, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He showed up on time and explained clearly what the situation. I've used him 3 times now because I know he is reliable, fair and knowledgeable. 1st time I spoke with him on the phone he was very patient with me and walked me through the problem. As to why the Hot water had a weird smell. He spent close to 30 mins on the phone with me. I will also call Scott whenever I have any plumbing issues."
