"called All Affordable Plumbing to replace a leaking hose faucet. Due to a cancellation, they were able to send a plumber at 7:00AM next morning. Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I was impressed that the replacement was a good quality faucet - the same that I would have used if doing the repair myself. Sergio was very professional and polite. I highly recommend All Affordable Plumbing. I will be using them for future work."

"They were very good. I think it was okay, what they were trying to do is, I have this major plumbing issue in my house, and they were able to figure it out, and they fixed it, and it's okay. They ended up doing more work than we initially estimated. You can say I have a little experience with them, they have been to the house four times I believe. It ended up being like $4000 total because they had to excavate to reach the pipe, and then get it fixed, so that took some time and money, so I will say, all in all I paid $3000-$4000, is all the money I paid to them. I always think they can do cheaper, in the same aspect I was really happy, they were careful, they cleaned when they were done, you know, it was in a reasonable way, because of course I understand they don't want to mop the floors, I thought that everything was in a good enough condition after they were done, so I was able to finish cleaning and whatever else, but it was really okay. They fixed the issue. Their responsiveness was pretty good."

"I had a serious problem with my pipes making loud noises; there was leaky pipe as well as leaky radiators.  Charles Gross was so friendly and personable that I was impressed and strongly felt that he would be an excellent choice to
correct my issues as well as service my boiler. I was correct. He did me a great service in which I cannot thank him
enough.  I will recommend him to anybodythat needs plumbing service as well as use him in the future for all my
plumbing needs.  I will be placing his information of my refrigerator for future use.
Thank You Charlie Gross.

"They was great. Fast, professionally and reasonably priced. They are my go to plumbers."

"We had several estimates from various plumbers for a somewhat complex job at our house. J & D were the only ones to correctly diagnose the problem and resolved it in one night. Not only did we completely trust them but they were total professionals in their work as well. I will also add that they were very affordable, which goes back to honesty/trust. We will use them for any future plumbing needs and will certainly recommend them to anyone else in need of competent and reliable plumbers."

"I was blown away by these guys! We have had a leak that has been the bane of our existence--intermittent and yet prolific. Several different plumbers and a handyman took a crack at diagnosing the issue. The guys from Plumb It investigated and, when the leak didn't show up immediately, came up with a plan. Less than 24 hours later, my leak was diagnosed and resolved. Hopefully we won't need to call any time soon, but the next time we do have an issue, they're on speed dial. Thanks again!"

"Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. I have had other plumbers walk away from the repair or just wanting to do the band aide repair. Matt was able to replace the entire drain line above the ceiling. I watched him do the repair. It wasn't easy, but he got it done. I have peace of mind because I know the repair will last for ever. I'm in my 50th year working and owning an HVAC company. I know a good technician when I see one. I trust in Mattco Plumbing."

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. I also had them quote a larger job due to this good experience. I found them to be reliable and I’m sure you will too! Thank you, Aqua Doctors! Kind regards, Major J. Johnson (retired)"

"We are new homeowners and had a hole in our septic tank made of concrete block, which was sending wastewater into the foundation/basement of the home. It was my first time using Angie's List, and I would recommend Illinois Sewer and Drain to anyone. Joe and his team of experts solved our issue immediately at an affordable price. They even went above and beyond to install a sump pump in our basement to help with the rain water. Quality work!!"

"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."
