"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"We came home one evening to find water dripping through my bathroom ceiling. My hot water heater was leaking and we went ahead and ordered a new one. The water heater was on the far side of the attic, very difficult to get to. When Mike of RotoRooter arrived, he went into the attic and carefully made his way across the attic on the beams. He checked out the water heater and found that the line had sprung a leak. He also checked out the water heater itself and found that there was nothing wrong with it and said that it was turning on and off and that the only thing that needed to be done was to fix the line. He changed out both the hot and cold water lines to be on the safe side. So far, so good. Good communication about what he found with the water heater and gave me options as far as changing out the entire water heater or just the lines. Would use again.
