While he was fixing the shower, he noted some "brown" on the shower head. My husband also complained about the water pressure. When they went down to the basement, they saw that the water heater was going to break, since the water was black. He gave us a quote which included a 50 gallon water heater (10 gallons more than what we had) including installation and hauling off our current water heater, which was over 12 years old). We agreed to do immediately to do this, he ordered it and within a day or two, it was installed! It took us a long time to find a reliable plumber, we found one! Thanks Chris!"

"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"My fireplace has a hot air blower. Using google he was able to determine what the number of the broken part was, then order it. Parts arrived in six days. I called the workman and set up another appointment. He returned and got the hot air blower working. There were two other repair projects ( two hanging lights) which needed transformers. They were ordered and arrived in six days. The lights were repaired on his second appointment when he fixed the fireplace hot air blower (with the ordered replacement parts). Also, on his first appointment, there was a clogged water filter in the kitchen. New filters were ordered (they arrived in about six days) and the filtering system was repaired. He is an excellent electrician (lights and fireplace hot air blower) and water filter repair man. There were two other little items that he quickly repaired. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."
