"Called the office and set up a time to have the problem looked at. Office very good at calling and repair guy was always on time. Cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Cost was fair. Had to make two trips because the part had to be ordered. One thing though, the cost for initial service call was $60 plus tax. This is seperate charge that did not go towards cost of repair. However repair was easier than expected and he lowered the original estimate because it did not take as long as he thought to put it in. The $261.10 was the service call and repair bill added together. Overall great job and I'll use them again! <br />"

"Our icemaker defied standard repair procedures. But then Mr. Burns virtually took the freezer apart, locating three loose wires at the bottom that were causing the problem. He replaced them with higher quality wires than were originally in the appliance. Our icemaker works perfectly now. Mr. Burns is a terrific appliance repairman and also very nice and responsive."

If you are looking for value, integrity, honesty, friendly company to help you with an appliance repair or issue this would be my 1st and only company to call. Once you have found the BEST company you just wish they did every service listed. (I did try & talk them into helping me with a few other things around my home but they declined) lol.
