"It was early to mid-afternoon, I had turned the water main off so was without water, had localized where the problem was and even had parts - I just needed help. Going down Angie's List, I called several plumbers in the area, left messages with some (which, to date, were never returned) and others told me it would be 'the next afternoon.' I then called Moretto's. I again explained the situation (I'm sure by this point I was sounding pretty frantic and down-beaten) and Jack said 'we're on our way.' They arrived in 90 minutes and had rescheduled the remainder of their day's 'non-critical' jobs to come fix my issue so I wouldn't be left without water! As it turned out, I did not have all the parts necessary, and they didn't have what they needed with them. They went to our local hardware store, were back with everything required and had the leak completely repaired in good time. They even, upon my request, checked the rest of the exposed plumbing for leaks and stressed that I call them if I ever needed any other plumbing assistance. The bill was extraordinarily reasonable, they were very professional, and I felt confident in their work. I'll most definitely be calling them again."

"We called at 7am and he said he would be here between 8 and 9 and got here at 830. He told us what was wrong and got permission to proceed. When he left he gave us a handwritten receipt for $357. Two days later we received another receipt itemizing all the repairs/work he performed and the materials used. I doubt that I will need him any time soon but I recommend him highly. "Doug's a good guy.  He started on time and ended on time. Doug (and his brother) did a great job.  He tore out the existing carpet in the bedroom and laid down a laminate wood floor.  He also tore out existing shelving in the walk-in closet and laid down laminate wood floor and installed a washer/dryer.  He had to tap into plumbing lines in the adjacent bathroom for the washer which went well.  We also painted both rooms, including trim.  One nice touch was Doug had recommendations to improve the project, without necessarily adding costs.   Skilled, punctual, reasonably priced and nice.  I can recommend Doug for remodel projects. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

We do all remodeling & new construction. Will work Saturday but not Sunday in order to attend Church with my family. Will provide 24 hour emergency services on Sundays.

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"The entire experience went amazingly well.  The emergency repairs held up during a large windstorm and I was worried that it might get blown away, but it all held up well.  The repair itself went very quickly-from tearing off all the remaining vinyl and damaged foam to replacing everything.  The match was excellent-especially since the vinyl on the house was probably 12-15 years old.  This contractor came out on a dark and rainey night to make temporary repairs and showed up with the insurance adjuster to go over the measurements and overall expenses so there were no surprises in what needed to be done.  I am very pleased with the work."
