We contracted with M&M to redo these three ceilings. When they opened the ceilings downstairs, they found that the reason for the sagging ceilings was because of some old construction that left the upper floors without enough support. The project turned into a much bigger deal than we originally expected, and M&M handled it all beautifully. The put in new supports, made the house safer, repaired everything, and now our ceilings are beautiful."
