"Dupont was so extremely patient with us as we had wanted to wait to build the deck due to COVID affecting the world last year. So we waited until this year to build the deck. We also went back and forth on designs and they were very accommodating and worked within our budget make the needed changes. I can honestly say that they did an absolutely amazing job on the project. Communication was great as well. They had built a large cedar upper level deck with stairs. It came out beautifully and was built so sturdy I am sure it could easily survive a hurricane or maybe a tornado. They are truly customer first organization and that is rare to see nowadays. "Proficient did a great job building our new maintenance free deck. They responded very well from our first call and throughout the whole process. As soon as the weather allowed they removed our old deck and started on the new one. There was a challenge in locating one of the new posts as it came right in to a retaining wall. They removed the wall, added the support post and rebuilt the wall. Better than before. The whole crew was friendly and great to deal with."

We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right.
