"Igor and Dan did a fantastic job at my condo. Job included: - removal and disposal of old carpet and glued down wood floor - level floor with concrete levelling compound - remove, paint and reinstall baseboards - paint walls and ceiling - install vinyl plank flooring - clean entire unit including windows, appliances and bathroom Igor was easy to work with and had no issues to increase the scope of work mid-job with the addition of ceiling painting. They even noticed and fixed some minor items I had overlooked, and installed a blind at no extra charge. Work was completed to a very high standard, on-time, and on-budget. I would rate BYM at 10 out of 10 and would definitely hire them again."

"Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer."
