"We had a tricky leak that needed tracking down. We could hear it, but not see it. Our usual plumber was not available, so found Schmitty's on AngiesList and called. Thankfully, he was available to come out that afternoon, and after some detective work we finally narrowed down the area. It was evening by then, so he brought Trace out first thing in the morning to dig under the foundation and expose the leak. Between the two of them, they solved the issue... which turned out to be not one, but four pinholes in the copper pipe underneath the cement slab foundation. Brian said it might be the trickiest soldering job on the least amount of available pipe (1/4") in a very tight area in 20 years. Their pricing was reasonable and fair for an emergency service. The kitchen sink drain needed to be moved lower so that the dishwasher and disposer would drain properly (they didn't have to deal with such things in 1909!).
