"The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. "I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."
