"When I first called, I was surprised at how quickly they returned my phone call to set up an estimate. He was able to come over the next evening to check out our basement. He was punctual and provided us information about what would need to be done. He stated that he would provide us with an estimate that evening. I waited, but the estimate never came. I called the following week to see the status of the estimate. They stated that they were busy, but I should have it by now and would email it ASAP. After a second week, I called again. They said they would get it to me again. After the third week, I called again and was told the same thing. a quote; Mr. Jackson contacted me within a few hours! Rick was polite and very
professional during our conversations. He came out to see the cracks to ensure
that my quote was accurate, especially since I had explained that someone had
attempted to "repair" the cracks previously. Rick arrived promptly at
my home and reviewed my situation. He answered all of my questions and
addressed all of my concerns. He also explained that his work would be covered
under a transferrable warrantee! I had several other quotes however no other company
offered any type of warrantee.
Rob arrived on time to do the job. Rob
was so nice and professional; I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I
really wanted to see the process and he took the time to explain each step to
me. He worked tirelessly to clean up the mess of the failed ?repair? I could
not believe how much better it looked! He then proceeded to perform the repair allowing
me to watch and take pictures, it?s quite the process. He left both areas that he
worked on immaculate!
