"Claudio and his team did an AMAZING job with an expansive carpentry job that included demolishing 2 wall, adding support beams, installing sheetrock and trimming nearly an entire story of my home. Within 24 hours he provided me a very fair quote and started work the same week. We were working against a very tight timeline and I was blown away with how quickly, cleanly, and professionally his team worked. He communicated great throughout the job and offered a lot of great professional opinion, resulting in a very high quality product. I will absolutely be reaching out to C.U. Building Dreams for any future work."

"Easy process from quote to work complete. The crew worked on a few small projects -- fixed a damaged wall, repaired flooring, and installed a new toilet."

"He repaired siding and waterproofed around a new door and did it in a day. Excellent job. Would recommend for siding repairs anytime."

"I bought a special coupon through Angieslist for some window frame repair and contacted the seller. No respond for couple of weeks so I cancelled the coupon then he contacted me via my email. I understand the seller must be busy but a minute courtesy call can resolve this issue easily. He may be good at what he does but I am a good customer too."

"I dealt with the owner Paul who really understands all homes are not alike. He gave me options and didn't try and push some deal of the month on me. He was able to custom order what I needed and install it professionally. He even painted the trim and cleaned up the mess!"

"Matt did an outstanding job replacing our deck. He was very pleasant, professional, as well as always prompt. The craftsmanship of his work is exceptional and I would highly recommend Willett Carpentry to anyone."

"David Harris Painters did superb work at our home. Excellent repair carpentry and painting. They were highly professional and showed great craftsmanship and attention to detail.  They obviously wanted to do the best job possible, not just get the job done. We are very satisfied and would certainly use David Harris again.

"I am very satisfied with the entire job that Mr. Zaman did on the roof.  He climbed the roof and examined the entire surface during the initial meeting.  He provided an immediate and very reasonable estimate for the job.  He answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.
He showed up and worked onsite alongside his very professional crew.  I especially appreciated the fact that the owner of the business was there all day, ensuring that all the work was done to his satisfaction.  His crew worked very efficiently and did not overlook any details in insuring the job was completed properly.  The new roof looks great and the attention to every little detail exceeded my expectations.  He did not cut any corners on any step of the process.
His final cleanup was remarkable.  Every little piece of debris was removed from the property and landscaping.
I highly recommend Zaman Carpentry to anyone needing a new roof.

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"we have had Helio out a few times to repair damaged trim on our house and replace with Azeck. They have always been super quick to respond and get the work done well and quickly. They always want to make sure you are satisfied as the customer and willing to go back to add/fix anything that you need."
