"There was a 3 week delay in getting an inspection for additional work performed. After I called the Inspectors found that it was a city communication issue NOT completely this pro company. After 2 months of having the furnace there was an issue with one of the thermostats , the issue was resolved within an hour of contacting the pro. We purchased a new Furnace, installed dual zone controls for upper and lower temperature control, the fixed some previous installation problems with the initial furnace install and a recent water heater replacement.
