"Two level deck needed minor surface rot repair, power washing, and staining. Flores Enterprises LLC quoted and completed the work in the same business week. Attention to detail on staining is excellent. Provided photos of repairs and completed work and kept me informed on any issues which arose. Would definitely hire again."

"Kurt was easy to reach via email or telephone. Apprised us of his approach to stripping our deck of its horrible paint coating and was upfront of the general cost during his first visit. He did need to be reminded to provide a specific contract upfront. Otherwise, deck restoration work progressed quickly once weather conditions permitted start and Kurt finished the large project within a few days."

Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided us with a detailed estimate of the work to be accomplished. His crews were fantastic! They obviously enjoy what they are doing and take great pride in their work. which was excellent from start to finish. Our porch looks brand new. "Five years ago Rick and his team had completed a full rehab of our deck and we love it. Recently, a material defect occurred and Rick stood by his work when the manufacturer would not. At his expense, he got new material and provided the same great carpenters, (Skip, Gary, and Heracio) as last time and made things right. I highly recommend their work and am happy to share their name with everyone who enjoys our deck. Check out the photos.Thank you again."

"We recently hired JW Home Improvement to resurface our deck, repair and paint all the trim on the exterior of the house, and make other much-needed repairs and improvements. We very much appreciated Estimator Josh, Field Supervisor Clinton, and Office Manager Michelle for their responsiveness and friendliness. The team they sent to us, Alberto and Javier, were excellent! Highly skilled in so many areas of construction and painting and problem solving, they were efficient, careful, hard working, and thorough. Good natured, they took the time to explain to us what they were doing whenever we had questions. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them again."

"I hired Julio to repair my rustic front porch handrail, and he did an excellent job. He replaced the damaged leg with a sturdy metal one, and now the handrail feels completely solid. After painting, the new leg blends in so well that it’s hardly noticeable it’s different from the others."

"Hired Metropolitan for a porch rail repair, they came out same day I called and provided estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate including the quality of materials and their contractor license number. Their estimate was competitive with others I received for the job. I hired them because of their customer service. They arrived on time and completed job as promised. When I asked for one small fix it was done immediately. I will definitely be using them for future home repairs at my Alexandria , VA home."
