"The experience was great from our initial hone conversation through installation.  We added a sun room on to our home a few years ago which we love.  However, as a result, our family room became darker.  We considered putting in widows on either side of our fireplace, but did not want to lose the wall space.  A few months ago, a friend mentioned that her sister had installed solartubes in their house in California and were very happy withy them.  We did some research, made a few inquires and found out the Amazing Skylights had been installing a product called Solatube for years.  We contracted them and after an initial phone conversation, the owner came out to our home and explained very clearly how the solatube worked and how it would definitely give us much more light in our family room. At first we were still a bit skeptical, but after his explanation and reviewing utube videos we decide to  have one installed by Amazing Skylights.  The first couple days after installation were overcast but the room was considerable brighter that it had been.  Finally, a sunny day arrived and the room lit up!  It truly was amazing! We are so pleased with this product.  The team that installed the solatube was prompt, very professional and neat and careful both inside and outside our home during the installation process."

"From project beginning to end, Keith and Company demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism. For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. They also installed new rubber on the vents, on the main roof vent flashings, and around the entire skylight and other areas where needed. "Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. "We used Mike Bennett of Springfield Roofing because we trust him. He's been their in the past when we needed him and we wouldn't go anywhere else because of him. He's fair, responsive, and a straight shooter that will work with you. Replacing a roof isn't cheap, so when we saved up the money we called him and he worked within our budget and time frame. His team showed up on time and just went to work. They were very diligent throughout, including their clean up effort - which was spotless. Beyond the work of the team putting on the roof - Springfield sends their own in house inspector to double check the work afterwards, someone completely separate from the first team just to make sure everything is done, and done right. Gives us a lot of confidence that we made the right hire. And although we know we won't have any roof needs in the near term, we will always have Mike Bennett on speed dial. "We had Marshall Roofing do an extensive replacement of our 40 year old house exterior. They replaced aluminum siding, soffits and fascia, plastic window trim and door wood trim with Hardie Plank products. In addition, they installed a new roof and gutters. Their work was impressive-they provided an accurate and comprehensive cost proposal, detailed schedule for product delivery and installation and completed the work as planned. The house looks great and should not require further exterior maintenance for years. Their cost was competitive with other proposals, but their responsiveness to our initial inquiry, thorough pre-proposal inspection and recommendations convinced us to chose them. Strong recommendation."

"We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."
