"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"I cannot recommend these guys enough! I am not a patient person, when it comes to work on my house. They EXCEEDED my expectations! Their install was professional, well communicated, clean and efficient. Work was done while my twin babies were home, and they were incredibly accommodating. Their service people have been quick to reply to every question I have had after install was completed. I, honestly, will never have to shop around again - Comfort Professor will be my first and only call."

"Peter and Sheila were outstanding and went over and above what we expected in assisting us in dealing with a serious water service problem to our old house. I would certainly recommend and would use them again."

"Did everything they were supposed to do and very professional and helpful would hire again if needed"

"These guys are great. Water heater broke and was leaking all over the cellar. They replaced my water heater and had everything done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again."

"Replacement was urged by technician after routine inspection of heating system. Water heater wasn't part of the service but, tech checked it anyway. Nice enough of him to do that. After showing me his concern (legitimate) I asked for a quote to replace. Outrageously expensive considering cost of materials. Later learned techs are incentivized to sell service and parts. Dropped them as my go to plumbing and heating guys. Water heater still working 3years after urgent replacement was quoted"

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."

"Over the years, he has done all types of work for me: heating, cooling, plumbing for a remodel etc.! Great work!"
