"Joe,James and Bobby did an excellent job replacing the sump pump And drains. My husband and I were so impressed with their abilities and how hard working they were. I would highly recommend Ground works Manchester to anyone who needs the same work done. Thanks to all the gentlemen for their professionalism and work ethic"

"They did a fantastic job! We have had driving rain since the installation and our basement is bone dry. They came on time, were very polite and I'm very happy with the fast train system they installed."

"Michael DiRaimo was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. <br /> He answered any questions I had and he answered calls promptly. <br /> The drain itself had been dug  by another company about 10 years ago but the pumps needed to be replaced. <br /> It took him about 3 hours to do the work. <br /> I am very satisfied with the service I received. Michael is an independent contractor, <br /> <br /> <br />"

"John and his team did a superb job. I contacted Winn's Demolition at the last minute when another team slated to do the work for me was no longer available. Despite being in a bind, John gave me a very fair price, and did the work just two days after visiting my home. He and his team were totally professional and incredibly hard workers."

"Adam and Tyler were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our call was answered upon first attempt to contact this company and we received a time that was convenient for us for an estimate visit. After the estimate visit we received, within 1 day, a very professional invoice detailing the work to be done and the prices for each portion of the job. We indicated that we would like to sign on and were provided with a link to an online invoice, allowing us to make payments online which was very convenient. Although we were in no hurry to get the job done, Model Masonry had an opening within 1 week of the estimate and the job was done the following day. We received an update via phone as to the fact that the workers were on their way the morning of the job, even though they were running right on schedule. Once they arrived, on time, they were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. The job was done well and to specifications and was completed in one day. Upon speaking with Tyler on the phone, we were able to add to the job some additional haul away of old masonry material, free of charge. This was a huge help to us. In addition, at one point our neighbors, whose driveway abuts the gravel laid down, asked that some of the gravel be pushed back to allow for their car to fit into their driveway more comfortably. We were able to speak with the men performing the work and they were courteous and agreeable in meeting our neighbor's requests. All work and materials were cleaned upon completion of the work and our plants were not disturbed during the process. This was a painless and quick process and we would hire Model Masonry again!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Merrimack, NH

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
