Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "Paul and Jay were a pleasure to work with. We added on a 10x14 addition (dining room) to the house. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. "Disabled couple needed wheelchair ramp installed. The disabled couple couldn’t enter or exit their home due to unexpected physical limitations. Paul, Jose and the crew evaluated the situation and on a hot ? miserable day constructed a solid, sound wheelchair ramp within one day, a long day for the crew no doubt! The ramp is constructed so that the house will certainly fall apart before the ramp! The finished handrail was an added feature that Paul installed which made the finished project look very nice! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, Jose and the crew from The Smart House for your general construction needs! "We have used P Jordan for MANY projects but recently for a closet remodel. We had to replace a water-heater and the plumbers had to tear apart the closet in the meantime so we needed a thorough but quality job done last minute and quickly to restore the closet! PJC was there within days, and after work hours finishing the pieces until the sun went down just so we could get our house put back together as soon as possible. The quality was amazing and exceeded my expectations and was done at a reasonable cost. I likely would have paid double and waited twice as long had I used another company, and not gotten the custom closet I needed."
