Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. "You can always spot a roof that David Keefe has done. He will give you a beautiful quality roof that you will not have to worry about. Along with the traditional hip roof I also had two flat roofs that needed repair and he was the only one who quoted "torch applied bitumen" vs cold application. Heat is essential in a flat roof replacement to prevent leaks. He provides a generous amount of plywood and wood in his estimate; most companies short you and then add on the cost after the job. He and his crew who are on his payroll (no subs) take pride in delivering the best. This is an honest reliable company that never made me feel anxious or worried about the job they were doing. "The team assigned did an excellent job starting early, took a lunch break and working late so the job was completed as soon as possible. The yard around was cleaned of all debris including a sweep with a large magnet to pick up loose nails. John asked if our 70 year old home had been re-plumbed with water piping much to my surprise. It had been and John went up into the crawl space under the roofing and located where the new plastic-like plumbing was close to the underside of the roof. His men were careful in those spots so the nails for the shingles wouldn't puncture the water lines. Keller Roofing's name came from Angie's list-good referral!!"

There are a lot of people offering rescreening, I chose Greg Oates because of his experience and his professionalism.  Greg is busy with many job sites but always responded to my calls, he made notes of the work to be done and followed up with me when his crew discovered something unseen. He worked on my house as if it was his own and pointed out issues with the existing gutters and screen doors, and added bracing to the existing structure.  Greg has a crew that performs most of the work, but he supervised the job site and came in to do the finishing, inspection, and ensure a quality job.  When he pointed out the deficiencies in one of the screen doors, he worked with me to develop a plan to replace the door, frame, and screening. Greg came back to the house and completed the replacement.  When his crew pointed out some weak spots in the gutter attachment on the house, they volunteered to attach them correctly.  This was not pushy salesmanship, but genuine attention to construction quality ? exactly what I expected of the work.  Affordable screening was neither the most expensive, nor the least expensive bid, but Greg and his crew have great customer service and professional experience that provide value I can count on.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
