They made it very convenient for us by taking our flooring to Finished Edge and ordering that for us and also picking up our flooring from the flooring company without charging us. We liked that Jason was involved in the project the whole time. He checked in every day to see how the project was going and acted as a project manager. When the installers found out that our floor needed leveling Jason called and sent my husband and I pictures of the floor and came over and showed me what needed to be done rather than just charging me. The installation crew was also polite and worked hard and steady the whole time from about 8-6 every day. Overall we were very impressed with the whole process and our floor turned out beautiful."
