Everyone I came in contact with for my flooring project, Travis - Design Consultant, Bernardo - Installation Manager, Louise - Installer were all equally super personable, professional, knowledgeable about their products and processes and was a delight to work with. The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. "The laminate installer was very professional and did a wonderful job. He even lowered the baseboards in the closet area and was very thorough. The laminate looks flawless. However, the vinyl tile contractor (different company) was not friendly, wouldn't make eye contact and did a substandard install. They left patches of missing grout and didn't lower any of the baseboards which left at least 3/4 inch gap between the baseboards and the new flooring. I asked for a different contractor to come back and fix the work of the tile installers which did happen within a couple of weeks. I wouldn't recommend only because it seems so hit or miss who they are going to send out to you."

"Alex and his team did an amazing job. They installed 3â x12â tile on my shower walls, created a shower niche that met the ceiling seamlessly (31â H to 98â H x 4â w), and installed 24â x48â tile throughout my bathroom, including the showers floor. Many cuts needed to get the shower floor to slope correctly but we found a grout that matched the tile so it still has a seamless look throughout the bathroom. Alex and his team communicated exceptionally well and completed the project quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Only issue was that some of the large format prices in the shower had damage to the angled edges because of the numerous cuts. This is a very minor flaw that canâ t be noticed when standing and will not be noticed when the shower glass is installed over m. Would recommend Alex and would use him again if we decide to do backsplash."
