"The repair went great. They knew what needed to be repaired and completed in a timely manner. The cost of the repair met my budgetary needs. I now have hired Gator Pools to do my weekly maintenance."

"I moved into my house in 1995. There was all ready an in-ground (plaster) pool when we moved in. It had been built in 1990 by Sylvan Pools. The pool was beautiful until around 2010. There were a couple of spots at the bottom of the steps where the re-bar was showing through. So, I decided to have it re-plastered in 2012. I thought they did a good job, at first. The last day the worker, who put water into the pool, left a stain. Okay, I put up with that. Soon after, I tried to turn on the pool light & it didn't come on. It was flooded with water. Okay again, since I never use the pool light. But, starting about 3-4 years ago my pool has started to get more & more stains in it. We live in Phoenix Arizona. We don't close our pool & the pump is run everyday. This year we have had a terrible time with algae. While dealing with it I'm finding more & more hairline cracks in the plaster. "The original pool looked great for 20+ years. This one maybe 4 or 5 years. ""ADEQUATE"" seems" "to be the ""norm"" anymore.""

"great customer service and great work overall, always on time and professional!??"

"Fabulous family company.  Don (owner) came around and was very positive about fibreglass pools.  I was very disappointed after Shasta pools had been around the day before and said "sorry lady all you have here is a hole in the ground, i will have our new pool section call you - it will be about $35-40K.
Don talked me thru the work and gave me a choice of 40-50 colors for the trim and was very helpful with what and where to build the dog shelf.  They were able to start the job within 10 days and were done in 9 days.  He and his son were prompt and polite everyday and great with my dogs and keeping the gates closed and everyone safe.

"Ruby’s Pool Services has done a fantastic job fulfilling all of my swimming pools needs. Whether it’s cleaning, pool equipment maintenance and operation, or replacing and updating equipment, Ruby’s Pool Services has our pool looking and operating like new. We are so pleased with Stephen and the services he has provided. Stephen has a great attitude and will go above and beyond to leave us feeling very satisfied with his service. Hypothetically, if I had several pools I was responsible for, I would only trust Ruby’s Pool services to take care of them all. Thank you Stephen and Ruby’s Pool Services, keep up the great work!"

"The best ever experience ever, which is rarer now a days. They came and cleaned out my pool and his name was Alex he told me if you have any questions call me. Who's out here two days ago. And he told me what buttons not to hit and what buttons I can hit. I'm a plumber I have no idea what you're talking about so he told me if you have any problems call me I'll always answer your phone call and once again he did. And landscapers over here today and we all know how they make such a mess especially in the pool I made them clean out the pool but they can only do so much. I made a phone call to Alex he picked up on the third ring told him who I was you remembered me and told me what to do to 10-second a my pool is cleaning itself again. Anyone who wants a great Pool Service I recommend these guys highly. I myself run a successful Plumbing business and word of mouth and 10 Stars reviews or 5 Star reviews should some of that for everybody. I don't get any Kickback for saying this but these guys are the best. IO to other homes and now they will be doing my pool service of the other two homes if anyone has a question you can call me at 480-258-2376 and my name is Michael"

"I use them all the time. I would use them again in future."
