Our home in Sun City West was pre-owned and had crown molding in the living/dining room that had been installed by the previous owners and a different company. We wanted iCrown to install crown molding in our kitchen/family room. I called them last week and the crown molding is already installed. "Called A-1 Advantage on Sunday because our garage door spring broke and we could not open the garage.  I was given a 2 hour window of when to expect some to arrive.  They arrived early with the window, examined the problem.  Recommendations were made on the work that needed to be done with pricing.  Work was completed within an hour.  The garage door  and opener were adjusted and tested.  Technician was very professional, friendly, and didn't try to sell items that were not needed.  I thought the pricing was very fair.  I had expected to pay $300-350 just for the springs, based on information I had found on Angie's List.  I am very pleased with the whole experience with A-1 Advantage Garage Door Service.
