My brother suggested HomeAdvisor, and Martin Varela contacted me immediately. He came from Las Cruces to Alamogordo, the very next day and provided me with the first of a few quotes I obtained, in order to learn about the process and see the differences between the contractors. His quote was very impressive and identified items that the others did not. He also provided me with options for the shingles and it provided for a 10 year warranty on workmanship which is fully transferable to subsequent homeowners, when the others did not. With the option I chose, the quote was actually higher than the rest, but I was confident Radium Springs Construction would provide the best service, and I believe they have done just that. I highly recommend the company, and have even asked for another quote for painting the exterior of the home from them."
