"This was overall a smooth transaction.  The crews were on time for each visit and the project was completed on or before the expected date.  There was a slight hitch with one of the counter back splashes not fitting properly and the workmen chose to redo the back splash, which added an extra week, but they still completed the project on time.  I chose laminate because it comes in lots of colors and I didn't want the typical granite countertop that is so popular right now.  I was impressed with the quality of their work.  They really seemed to care about their craftsmanship. <br />"

"Kitchen Concepts' representative was punctual, pleasant, and professional during his visit. However, when I suggested that I wanted two 3 foot wide slide out drawers for one of my kitchen cabinets, Joe dismissed the idea citing weight would be problematic. (It would not be with the proper heavy duty (50 lbs) slider mechanism, but I did not argue.) Perhaps Joe researched the matter and came to a different conclusion. Regardless, KC lost the job because I did not hear from them soon enough. What I do know is that KC's heavy duty shelves run $150.00 per shelf while Antix offered a comparable shelf for less."
