The coupon said that they would deep clean the tile, and when he came, he said the big deal was a basic clean, and the deep clean cost more money. I didn't like the way they reworded the coupon. He wanted to bump me up a couple hundred Dollars, but I didn't take it. The stories of the salesman, and the man who did the work didn't match, and I didn't like that."
