"Awesome service. Very professional. We love our new tankless water heater."

"Great ! The tech came and installed our new water heater. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job and cleaned the area on completion. Great price! couldn't be happier."

"Repaired my water heater then installed a new toilet for us, got the house back to normal again we really appreciate the great work."

"The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we will definitely call rescue rooter!"

"From quote to project completion all went well with installation of the 50 gal water heater. I recommend this company."

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"I would admit I should have done my project with them. They came quickly, saw the place and determined what was needed as far as heater type, install challenge, etc, and gave a free estimate. Another company gave me a lower price, but I ended up with additional cost because they came to do the job without prior evaluation. Made mistakes that cost me more money and time. I will call this company next time, if they forgive me!"

"Zach did an excellent job fixing my water heater. He quickly diagnosed the issue, drained the water heater, made the necessary repair, and installed a FloodStop for added protection. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and I really appreciated his attention to detail. I highly recommend Zach to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!"

"Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Gave options to make an informed decision, no pressure. Installed in same day. J. and S. were very professional, respectful I really appreciated them. Erlinda Reyna"

"They claimed the water from my water heater was as hot as it should be but did not possess any means to measure the water temperature drained from the water heater. So the statement was based on their unfounded belief. I came up with a food thermometer which showed the water was 138F when it should have been 160. They left."
