"I had contacted this company to provide a quote for shower door installation at a house in marathon Florida. We had an appt set for 1:30pm with confirmation after driving 3hrs there and no one having shown up for 10 minutes after scheduled time I contacted the company only to be told that there car had broken down and was just fixed and they could leave now and come to appointment. It would have been very nice to have received a call letting me know of their delay rather than driving 3hrs pointlessly and me having to call them to find out they were not showing up 0 stars"

"Worst place ever and even expensive! Bought a big mirror for a new house. They glued a U metal part in the back to be used to hang the mirror. We screwed the other part on the wall and we hang the mirror. Went back to the house after 2 days and mirror was broken on top of the vanity, vanity destroyed, one of the faucets broken. What happened? The metal part they glued behind the mirror got detached , mirror was too heavy to be hold by such a tiny metal glued with silicone! Showed them the pictures and a video, they insisted it was properly done. They refused to refund the $200 paid. We have called them many times after , they did not answer any of the calls. They are lucky nobody got hurt, owner would be in jail and please closed if that happened. Bought same mirror in tropical glass done the proper way for $160 (20% less). Still thinking on suing them for all damages, we have everything documented. Avoid this place!!! Tropical glass is better and cheaper!"
