Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window. Joe saved us an incredible amount of money by suggesting, and installing, a much-less-expensive option that works just fine. Furthermore, Joe readily agreed to another project and built a new picnic table bench to replace our dilapidated one and shored up our other bench. I waited four days then I texted him then called and no response. This makes me wonder where the 4.9 stars he got even came from. He made me lose half a day of work for nothing. He is not a handyman and he doesn’t care about people’s time."
