"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "Wells performed a furnace inspection.  In their inspection of the furnace the discovered a PVC pipe that was leaking due to the original installer using silicone instead of PVC glue!  If they would not have discovered this, our furnace life would have had a short life.

"We have used Jent's Handyman Services to renovate seven bathrooms till to-date - over a two years period. Three of these were at the business location and four at home. However, he botched the last job which was renovation of the master bedroom bathroom and most important to us. It required installing a Sterling bathroom kit, 61" vanity with marble top, bathroom lighting with rearranging the power points and installing wall and floor tiles. 
He did quite well on other things but made a mess of the tiles which was the main bathroom feature. We had bought mother-of-pearls for the walls and polished marble for the floor. In earlier jobs, we had used ceramic and vinyl tiles which Jesse had installed adequately well. I had cautioned him that I needed this bathroom to be done very well. For this work, he also had one helper.
Setting the tiles went alright but removing the grout was a disaster. I saw them using a sander to remove the grout - he denies it and I disagree.. By doing so, they embedded the grout into the tiles, killing their polish and causing a permanent haze. The damage cannot be undone. Our loss is approx.$3000 in material plus labor o replace all the tiles. 
His assistant painted the bedroom and the closet with good amount of paint droppings on the carpet. We got a professional cleaner to remove those. Also, his assistant installed one of the closet hinges in-side out. I had to reinstall it. Jesse did not properly supervise his assistant nor does he take responsibility for their work. This is my observation from earlier jobs also.
One of the bathroom which he alone had finished about two months ago developed a leak. He came to correct it after 3-4 days of notifying him. However, after couple of days more, area under the sink was still wet. I sent him a message to which he never replied.
I would recommend Jent's Handyman Services for small remodeling jobs but not for work which is more professional in nature. Also, do not expect much post-work support. He does not supervise his helper nor does take responsibility for their work. I won't be using him anymore.

"This is the second time I have used Plumbing Installers to carry out work in my home, the first was for remodeling. I'm pleased to report their plumbers are as professional and knowledgeable as their remodeling team.
Scott identified my shower valve as being the source of a low flow and replaced it, which totally fixed the problem. They also fitted a new comfort height toilet for me which is much nicer than the builder's spec one and matches the one installed when they remodeled the other bathroom for us. 
They're very friendly and punctual, called before arrival and left the area clean. They removed all their trash and the old toilet and talked me through the work they did.
