"Plumb tite was extremely responsive and provides quality work! We were completing a bathroom renovation when our main water valve broke. Nate was out the next morning to address the situation. He also quickly installed a new shower valve since we were replacing all shower fixtures. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and provided quality work for a fair price. They worked with my schedule (cabinet delivery, personal availability), gave great advice before purchase, and did a great job on the install. And, uniquely and super-beneficially, Jeff provided detailed cost information in their quote, so that I was able to tailor the install for what I couldn't do myself, what I could but didn't want to do myself, and what I could drop from the quote (what I could do, myself). The installers were courteous, clean, and when I had to run out for an errand and they finished early, they stuck around the house until I got back so the house was not left open. On-time, on-budget, courteous, excellent workmanship, everything I could hope for."

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."
