"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Oven was not heating. Hired Phil to diagnose and get me back up and running. We had to adjust scheduled time due to un controlled events but he showed up. Highly recommend phix it Phil. This guy is a wizard in a field I know nothing about!"

"Friendly, professional and very courteous. After a close lightning strike my oven wasn't working. Tech came and assessed he couldn't find problem as the 220 line was damaged. After electricians came and fixed that problem, he came back that same day the found the problem and ordered the part. Oven is working even without the part that we are still waiting to be delivered. I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend to all."

Mike arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame.  He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  He repaired the leak that was causing the problem and explained the work he was doing as he went along.  He seemed very honest and also offers a senior citizens discount.

I thought the price was very fair and I definitely will call Mike again for my appliance issues.  And, now I can get a few more miles out of my old refrigerator.  It is very refreshing to have someone that will try to fix it  rather than immediately trying to sell you something new if you really don't need it.

"Rolando was very thorough and explained everything -that is why I chose this company initially.  He also came back after the job to answer any questions and  made a small adjustment in the attic to make sure that the unit was working  most efficient. Rolando services the Newberry area and was a pleasure to work with - very professional. Again, he takes his time with you and knows about customer service - also, he has been doing it a long time and can answer all of your questions.
