You're putting your faith into someone to do the job and at the same time not take you for a ride for all you're worth. Mark was that professional for us when our water heater went. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and his rates were very reasonable compared to others. It was a pretty extensive job. Mark ended up installing a combination water heater and boiler unit to replace the broken system and our ancient boiler. He left our basement better than when he started. We definitely recommend him and will be returning to him for future projects."

"This is not my first review of Joe's Plumbing but they just keep knocking it out of the park. Decided to do pipe replacement on a 60 year old home do to multiple leaks. Wanted to get it done before the cold came, and Joe's did the job on time, under budget, and the quality was second to none. When they found they couldn't turn the water off from the street, they kept moving on the job and did a fantastic job. Joe's was the first called and they have not let me down yet. "Could not have gone smoother. Tech was very respectful of me and the house, did a fantastic installation and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Gave me a full walk through and didn't leave until all was tested. New shut off valve, new flue, rehung expansion tank in a better location. Salesman stopped by during the installation to check on things. As it turns out, I believe they were the first to contact me as well after the listing and their price held up. All A+!"

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."

All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures.
