He was a pleasure to work with even when there were inevitable things that came up as part of any project. He always informed me of any questions he had or decision points he came across and made sure we were as happy as possible with the outcome. He was more than willing to work with us if something changed a little and we needed something else done in the area he was working (within reason, of course).
