"the paving was of good quality, but the truck ran over my mailbox flattening it and breaking it into pieces. they said they would be back the next day to replace it, so I was not upset. then for days, there were messages about how they were coming today, but in the end, it took them 4 days to replace it. 4 days without mail was a problem for my home-based business. I was clear with the company about that, and they said they would fix it right away. when they ran over the original box, I made it clear that I needed a replacement box as large as the original because of the amount of mail and small packages by home business generates. they promised they would be careful about doing that, then the new box they installed was only 1/3 the size of my original. not cool. such a mixed bag for me as the paving work was good, but the replacing of what they damaged was lousy. very disappointing and IMO, dishonest of them to string me along day after day with promises of coming that afternoon to replace the damaged mailbox and then to not show up day after day."
