He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."

We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."
