The web site priced out $10 less than charged at completion and they also wanted to charge an additional $4 for the credit card. I paid the whole bill in cash (including the extra ten). I tipped $10 (normally I tip $20 for this job) but did not return to have GF's car done the following week. Just didn't seem professional enough to feel good with return business. That's just me. You may feel differently. After all, the clean up and wax were good!"
