"My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. After assessing what the problem was, they quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price, and within one week; my problem was solved. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011. Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
