"Sammy Appliance Repair did an excellent job in fixing my whirlpool ultimate II electric dryer. They told me exactly what was was wrong, what they would do, and how much it would cost. They were true to their word. They showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and wouldn’t recommend them to my friends."

"Went ok. It worked for one day, but then they had to come back out and replace the same part. Mohammed is always professional and knows what he is doing. We'd give higher rating, but can take some time to schedule an appointment, and then fairly big appointment window. We keep using them (3rd time or so) because the technician is very good, and quick to point out things that truly need addressed. Plus, no hassle or questions when they had to come back out to redo the fix. Prices are pretty standard with rest of the appliance cadre in the area."

"Very professional and polite. Eager to fix my dryer. Had to order parts and return and were back in less than 3 days."

"The appliance repair service was outstanding—fast, professional, and incredibly thorough. The Bilal quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything running perfectly the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and will absolutely call them again for any future repairs."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Excellent dishwasher repair service! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. The dishwasher is working perfectly now. Very friendly customer service and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend this professional to anyone who needs appliance repair!"

"Mohammad H. Sabbery was great! My Maytag washer had multiple issues with it and he was able to diagnose all of them and fix it to our satisfaction. It took around three weeks due to ordering multiple parts and delivery from OEMs, prior to installation and eventual fix; however, this was as expected. He is very personable and explained everything that was occurring so it wasn't a mystery. Presently, our GE refrigerator is being fixed. I highly recommend AZ Fix!"

"UPDATED 10/30/2020: This is a revision of the 10/7/20 review. They did refund the overpayment and I'm glad that they have been working to make sure that they fixed the problem. They kept me informed about the schedule and arrived and checked the washing machine and determined that it was not the washing machine but I needed an electrician (When the electrician arrived after extensive searching they discovered that the problem was the sump pump) which has now been repaired). They quoted me a fee for the service call. While they were there I asked them about another appliance I was having trouble with. They took a peek and indicated what they thought was the matter and what would be needed for the repair. They gave me a bill for the quoted repair and I paid it by charge card. I was shocked to see that I was charged double the amount I was quoted when I looked at my credit card statement. I'm not sure if they charged me double because they looked at the other appliance, if it was a mistake or something else but I wish they had informed me that I was being charged more. As for the would I hire again I wish there was a maybe button."
