"Everything seems to have been done extremely well. The guys doing the work are the ones who showed up (right on time) to do the quote. They gave me EIGHT different options for the work I was looking to have done. Understandably, they tried to get me to do more, since they were already there, but there was no pressure or expectation of me agreeing to some of the things I could very easily do myself. Just haven't gotten around to it. The Beacon team's communication was terrific. Workers showed up on time, worked hard and completed in the time (a little less) than they said. Regarding value: I did receive a quote for less from another electrician but the warranty wasn't really comparable to what Beacon offers. And, I also hired them at the same time to do the installation of a new tankless water heater. Since I hired them for both and had a quote for a little less, they worked with me on the price and brought the electrical work price down a bit, which I very much appreciated. They also did a great job on the water heater. They offer no interest for 12 months financing through GreenSky and I was able to combine the two jobs into one GreenSky account so another plus. Overall, this was the best contractor experience I've had in a VERY long time and will definitely reach out to them next time I need work done which they do."
