He was also very knowledgeable about how to soft wash our brick to not cause damage and recommended some bleach for our algae and ant problem by our windows that was covered by shrubs when we first moved in. "Clifton "Ricky" repaired the drywall where my father had a wheelchair and damaged the corners of the doorways. Ricky then painted all the walls, ceilings and trim. We had carpet being layer so he only had 6 days to complete it. Then when the carpet was laid the carpet layers damaged the new paint on trim and Ricky came in with no extra charge and repainted the trim the other workers damaged. He was not only more reasonable then the other quotes, but we have already called him to do some plumbing repair."
