"Greg and his crew completed my two beautiful sunrooms in a timely fashion. There was some unforeseen structural issue that came up and Greg handled it very fairly. He is one of the most honest people out there, and he will do whatever it takes to get the job done. His crew faced extreme weather conditions and a difficult build site (very tight hillside lot) and still managed to finish two beautiful sunrooms in a reasonable time. The resultant structure is an engineering marvel that overlooks the scenic Rocky River Yacht Club Basin. The architectural lines blend perfectly with the curved eave sunrooms. "Kevin was excellent to work with.  He is professional, honest and very detail-oriented .  As stated above, they removed part of our deck, installed new footings, new decking and built a screened porch.  Because of our roof line, tying into it was very difficult; however, the architect Kevin works with, Ken, did an outstanding job with the design.  The finished product looks like it was built with the house.  We couldn't be more happy.  The craftsmen, Marvin and his son Matthew were excellent.  They came on time, worked hard and were perfectionists.  The ceiling installed was tongue and groove which Kevin recommended.  It looks fantastic.   Kevin also recommended a product called EZ Breeze which allows us to close the room during inclement weather so rain nor snow gets in.  When closed it looks like a finished room with windows.    I wish we could include pictures of the finished room so everyone could see the fantastic job they did.    We would definitely recommend Leisure Space. <br />"

"Bret Albright and his crew did a glass and screen enclosure -- with French doors -- for our large back porch on our Victorian home.  His price was reasonable compared to other quotes, he communicated well with me about various aspects of the project as it moved along (a supplier delay and one change that we made in the original plan), and the work was done very professionally.  Bret is very easy to work with, he has a good crew that seems to enjoy what they do, and he works hard to ensure customer satisfaction.  My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome of the project."
